The choice is yours, but if you want to improve your life or grow your business, then from time to time, you need to do something you hate. It could be exercising, self-studying after work, or making that phone call to your prospect.
It’s natural, and there are no shortcuts. Hard work is inevitable.
Everyone knew that.
Even you try to be persistent and force yourself to do it, it won’t last you very long because your motivation cannot get you very far. You’ll get burnt out quickly.
Now you might think, it’s too stressful! Wouldn’t it be nice if you can make the process enjoyable when you are doing something you hate?
Good news for you: it might sound a bit illogical, but it’s definitely possible.
By implementing a few mindset shifts, you may find those tasks less daunting, and you’ll get yourself “in the zone” faster. You’ll be surprised how productive you can get, and hopefully, that could change your view and begin to appreciate more.
Reframing Mindset
If you hate doing this task, you’ll only find it painful. It sounds so cliche, but it can’t be more accurate.
