Stop Panic Buying: You Only Need These During Coronavirus Pandemic

We are all fearful at current times because there are so many uncertainties at the moment. As a result, many people choose to stock up necessities such as toilet paper and canned food, so you see news about people panic buying everywhere.

Are people overreacting? I believe it is a resounding yes, but it’s understandable. From a psychological perspective, people tend to be intolerable of uncertainties.

If you are reading here, then I presume you already are aware that queuing for necessities and interacting with other concerned shoppers is not a great idea. You could be more exposed to the public and thus, higher chance to get infected.

Now, I’m not saying you shouldn’t stock up food and toilet papers, but there are nine things you should prioritize or taken care of before going mad at Supermarket, as we weather the storm.
