If you have been following me for a while, you probably know that I had it rough in my early career.
I made lots of mistakes at work, I had zero confidence, and I felt useless and unhappy most of the time. I disliked myself so much, and one day, I have decided to change my life for good.
So I read lots of books, signed up several courses and seminars, in hopes of transforming myself, from a loser to a successful person.
Although I’m still on my way to achieve massive success, I’m at a much better state currently, and I’m really grateful about that. In my transition journey, the most significant thing holding me back was my toxic mentalities — by fixing my thinkings, I slowly saw improvements in every aspect of my life.
I’m a firm believer that mindset determines our success, because our habits and actions are based on our thoughts. These seven toxic mentalities had been dragging me down for decades, and I want to share them with you so you can be aware of it, and come up with a plan dealing with them later.
